Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

For hygiene reasons, accessories, earrings, undergarments, and clearance items are final sale.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
  3. We’ll reply with your return instructions within 24–48 hours

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
